Something that always happens at this time of year is all the talk about JO cuts. While we are happy about all the excitement we are also a little frustrated. - Do I leave every wall hand on top of hand?
- Do I work each and every turn?
- Do I breathe into my finishes?
- Do I stop swimming at the flags or do I swim into the wall?
- Do I drink all my water during practice?
- Do I get in on time?
- If you get in 5 minutes late each day that's 15 minutes a week or more and over 1 hour in a month. One whole practice that you have missed!
- Do I sprint A5 and pace as asked to?
