The swimmers at Christmas champs please see coaches Beth, Brolin, and Courtney as I will be at the other meet. See them after your swims and don't forget you know how to attack your races, DO NOT BE AFRAID TO STEP OUTSIDE YOUR COMFORT ZONE. Longer distances attack the middle of your races and don't forget GOOD LONG, STRONG WALLS.. Watch the breathing on the finishes, and don't forget air is not important in a 50. Accelerate into and off of every wall every time.

PLEASE REVIEW THESE RELAYS AND LET ME KNOW AS SOON AS POSSIBLE IF THERE IS A CONFLICT SO THAT WE CAN MAKE ANY CHANGES AS NECESSARY!!
These 2 meets will be our final ones before the holidays so I would like to see a good showing and effort put forth by everyone in the group, before we relax a little bit before the holidays. Let's remember to stay focus and do everything we can outside of the pool to put us in the best possible position to be successful. Get your work done early, lots of rest, good nutrition, and don't forget to HYDRATE!
HIGH SCHOOL FROSH: Good luck this weekend as you start your meets with a big double weekend with meets on Friday and Saturday nights. Remember it is a process going through these dual meets and nobody remembers the dual meets, but they will remember DISTRICTS, REGIONS, AND STATES! That is the process that you are working towards as you begin the season this weekend.
SWIM AND ROCK WRAP: I will post this information this week as our groups swam great! Mike
