Friday November 7

 Raking Leaves We believe that we have this blog fixed now, so starting next week we hope to do weekly up dates.
For now we have the November Open this weekend which has been moved to Takoma Park.  Yes, We know it is a little further, but the timelines work better, so the sessions should not be that long.
Warm-up times.  Friday night 5:00 PM  Saturday and Sunday  13 and overs 12:00-1:00 PM
12 and unders 7:00 8:00 am.
 
FRIDAY Brolin will do practice as I will be at the meet
Saturday:  There is practice and Peter will cover and I will be at the meet.
 
SENIOR PREP:  Clock Here are the results of our pace work from Thursday.  If I do not have times for you, we will get them next week, we only have so many  Flexed Arm .

What are we Looking for: The first 50 should be the fastest the next one 2-3 seconds slower, the third one maybe a second slower than the previous one and now we should have our pace.  The fourth one about the same, and than the last one in this case a bit faster than the last 2.  How did you do?
 
Junior group and AG 1  Don't forget what we did this week with all the breaststroke work.  Keep that stroke long and swim down hill with the press.  Don't forget that depending on the distance of the event their are different ways to swim it.  The longer the event the more important it is to put the little hesitation in and save those legs for the 3rd 25 or 50.
