WEEKLY TOPIC:
"THE BEST COACH YOU WILL EVER HAVE"
What is one of the first things that you say to yourself after a bad swim? It may be something like I'm no good at this
, or I'm not getting any faster! The thing that you should be saying is "I have some things to work on in this part of my swimming. As a Coach we can help point out areas of weakness that you can take back to practice to work on. We can give you some tips to correct flaws, and we can encourage you to change. We can't do the practice for you, or swim your races! That RIGHT is reserved for the Best Coach You Will Ever Have...YOURSELF!
